Return & Exchange Policy
At Rage, we want you to love every purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, you can initiate a Return or Exchange within 24–48 hours of delivery for all orders, including both Prepaid and COD.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return/Exchange is applicable for all orders, except items marked Non-Returnable.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement.
For Prepaid Orders
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method after quality checks.
- Exchanges are available depending on stock availability.
For COD Orders
- Return & Exchange is available for all COD orders.
- Refunds for COD orders will be provided as a coupon code, which you can apply on your next shopping.
- For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped once the returned item clears quality checks.
Pickup & Processing
- A reverse pickup will be arranged once your request is approved.
- If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
- Items that fail quality checks will be shipped back to the customer.
